Study On Redesign Of Solid Wood Furniture

With the development of the society,the furniture industry is developing towards the road of environmental protection of solid wood,dismounting,transporting convenience,material saving and space saving.However,due to the factors such like lagging design,production and maketing mode in current domestic enterprises,the furniture industry is unable to meet the above development needs.Therefore,this thesis,combining the concept of redesign,makes redesigned research on enterprise design,production and marketing system of solid wood furniture,which explores from the dimensions of theory and practice.The whole passage includes five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research significance,relating research status at home and abroad as well as research ideas so as to identify the basic framework of the passage.The second chapter is mainly about the "redesign" of the relevant principles and methods of discussion,for the subsequent chapters of the theoretical groundwork.As for chapter three,redesigned reseach on the production and marketing link of solid wood furniturehas has been made.Besides,it also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of offline entity,online network,local self-management,fixed-point agent and virtual reality through the optimization and improvement of product equipment,carving and splicing,which provides us the concrete idea of redesigning.Then chapter four combines specific cases to apply redesigning idea into practice.What's more,physical reference for the combination of this paper's argument and practice has been provided through redesigning attempts of “cross node of metal fittings” and “cabinet style of solid wood”,so that the corresponding suggestions are put forward.The last chapter summarizes the above research and based on it future research is prospected.The key point of this thesis is the redesign of solid wood furniture design,it regards the node as the core in the redesign of solid wood furniture for achieving the purpose of design by means of simplification and transplantation.First of all,the principles of redesign are ensured like optimization,simplification,economy,participation and ecology,based on which the design techniques of simplification of mortise-tenon and transplantation of structure are put forward.The redesign of the design provides the possibility for the redesign of production and marketing.Through this research,the writer hopes that some theoretical guidance and practical experience can be provided for the current related activities of solid wood furniture redesign.
