Occupational hazard has become the focus of society and government in general.The outstanding performance of the occupational hazard is the large quantity of patients,the high incidence, huge economic losses and a wide range of harm. Occupational hazardhas become one of the main factors which threat to the continued development of thelabor resources and restricting economic development so that the search for acomprehensive, dynamic, objective, scientific assessment method has become an urgentneed for protecting the interest of workers and enterprises.CNPC Bohai Bay support base provides off-shore drilling, underground operationsand shipping for offshore exploration area of the company owned waters. Science to theoccupational hazard assessment is to ensure that support off-shore oil drilling, operatingplatforms and ships and other equipment to be continuous, stable, safe conduct. Firstly,according to the relevant laws, regulations and criterious of occupational hazard andoccupational health investigation of CNPC Bohai Bay support base, we identified the riskassessment indexes step by step and preliminarily establish7risk factors of occupationalhazard in evaluation system. Secondly, this thesis determined the weights of indexes atall levels by using AHP method and introduced random coincidence rate (CR) in order toinspect the consistency within each factors. Finally, this thesis use a fuzzy comprehensiverisk assessment method to achieve the global risk assessment of support base of CNPC.The assessment result shows that the occupational hazard risk rating is7, which may leadto a small chance of occupation hazard and risk. According to the assessment results ofCNPC support base, we put forward a specific security countermeasures and suggestions,which provide a reference for scientific and comprehensive evaluation of occupationalhazard. At the same time, it improve the level of occupational health care and promotethe harmonious development of enterprises has important significance.
