During the research, make use of the modern logistics theory, related theory knowledge and two-phase method, then choose the optimal location decision of the Distribution center, suitable for manufacturing enterprises actual situation. Then, based on the review of the Distribution Center research, site selection model have been established. Considering the practical situation of Trimeresurus liquor Marketing Co., Ltd., analysis the nearly nine months freight data, combined with the center of gravity method and Analytic Hierarchy Process, use the computer as a modeling tool, calculate the actual data, concluded the distribution center location decision of the Trimeresurus liquor Marketing Co., Ltd. in the national.This paper focuses on how to take full account of the various factors, make use of two-phase method to solve this practical problem, the distribution center location of the Trimeresurus liquor Marketing Co., Ltd., to build a highly efficient logistics system.
