With the sostenuto improvement of people's living conditions, their demand for agricultural products also improve continually.“Fresh”,“green”,“health”,have gradually become the concern including vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood and other fresh agricultural products.Reasonable establishment of agricultural products distribution center can improve the circulation bottleneck of agricultural products improved, increase the flow efficiency, and reduce the logistics costs. Therefore,it is worthwhile to research the location problem of agricultural product distribution center. In recent years, people are concerned about environmental issues.“Low-carbon life”,“low-carbon logistics”,“low-carbon economy” and other ideas for carbon emissions issues are put forward.Thence, from the development trend of “green”,“environmental protection” and “healthy social”,researching carbon emission constraints of agricultural products distribution center site selection, can provide new research ideas and directions for the location of distribution center, and promote sustainable development of agricultural products. The study is provided with a green and economic development in the history of the times. This paper takes agricultural products distribution center as the research object. It analyzes and integrates domestic and foreign literature of logistics facilities, agricultural products distribution center, site selection, carbon emissions related in logistics process. It introduces the theory about location selection of agricultural products distribution center with carbon emission constraints, and provides a theoretical basis for this study. It constructs the mathematical model about the location of the agricultural product distribution center with the time limit, and introduces the carbon emission constraint condition in this study, and constructs the mathematical model about the agricultural product distribution center with the carbon emission restriction, and use of W agricultural enterprises to verify the mathematical model. This paper is based on the literature research methods, theoretical research methods, qualitative analysis methods, quantitative analysis methods and empirical analysis methods. It solves the problem about site selection of agricultural products distribution centers with carbon emission constraints. In this paper, there are some achievements by constructing and verifying the time limit under the agricultural product distribution center mathematical model, carbon emissions calculation model, site selection mathematical mode of agricultural products distribution centers with carbon emission constraints. It founds that,in the agricultural product distribution center site planning issues, considering the time limit takes more total cost than not considering the time limit in the process of agricultural logistics operation. It also founds that,in the case of carbon emission constraints and without carbon emissions constraints, the site planning without carbon emission constraints relatively takes lower total cost of the logistics. It also founds that, when the maximum upper limit of carbon emissions increases, the total cost of the site planning is reduced;and when the value of the carbon emission limit reaches a certain amount, the corresponding delivery condition remains unchanged. The two agricultural products distribution center mathematical model of time limit and carbon emission provide theoretical and practical basis for the future study of the site planning under time limit or carbon emission, and provides the basis of whether or not determining to take time limit or carbon emission into the site planning of the agricultural products distribution center. The research provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to locate the agricultural products distribution center.Enterprises can take and implement the measures as early as possible when they are facing implementation of the corresponding government policy in the future.Otherwise, this paper provides new thinking for the national to balance the corporate interests and social environment.
