Research On The Influence On Surrounding Ecological Environment Of The Connection Line Between Rong-wu Expressway And Lijin Country

With the development of national economy, our national power is continually strengthening and highway construction developing rapidly. During the eleventh five-year plan, the national and provincial highway web is continue extended, In mountain, rural and forest area, highway construction has acquired unprecedented development. Meanwhile, energy and resource conservation and ecological environmental protection should be strengthened, the capacity of sustainable development be enhanced. The ecological impact of highway construction can be dramatic; as a result, the conflict between highway construction and environmental protection must be managed in scientific and reasonable way so as to gain loeal economic development as well as to protect the environment we live by. It has been studie how to reduce ecological trouble of highway construction and management and all ecological recovery technique more and more from many different angles at home and abroad.The connecting line between Rong-wu Expressway and Lijin County is located in Lijin County, Dongying, the northeast of Shandong Province, with an approximate length of23.56km. There are a lot of villages along the highway, and the ecological environment is much more sensitive, so this paper studies on the influence on surrounding ecological environment of the connection line. Proposed the influence areas along the roads, on-the-spot reconnaissance and collect and analysis the relevant material, mastery of the highway construction effect area of natural environmental conditions and existing present situation of the ecological environment, construction condition and building materials such as the transportation conditions of ecological environment. The paper analyzes the influence on the biomass, plants, wild animals, landscape environment and soil erosion along the highway, and put forward correspond preventive measures, so as to provide scientific basis for the environmental assessment of other highway construction, and to reduce the damage and pollution to the ecological environment of highway construction, and to promote the sustainable development of the highway construction and ecological environment.
