Development Research On Surrounding Communities Of Yin Dianshan And Long Hushan Nature Reserve

The sustainable development of nature reserve surrounding community is one of the important guarantees for the healthy development of nature reserves. This article takes the development approach of foreign and domestic nature reserve surrounding community and the adapt basic theory as guide, Yin Dianshan and Long Hushan nature reserve as research object, basing on an extensive survey of the two reserve community residents, then expands scientific research and analysis, so as to provide the background information to find out the sustainable way of nature reserve surrounding communities’development.It has obvious difference on region and reserve type between Yin Dianshan and Long Hushan nature reserve.Yin Dianshan nature reserve is located in the north of guangxi region, based on water source conservation forests as the main object of protection;Long Hushan nature reserve is located in the southwestern of guangxi region, based on the wild plants and animals as the main target of protection, and also a type of reserve regarding to mainly develop ecological tourism development. First, through the analysis on the current developing situation of the two nature reserve surrounding communities,there is common phenomenon on the current developing situation in the two regions, such as single industrial structure, low content of production technology and poor infrastructure construction. Using factor analysis method to summed up the seven types of common factors on production and livin of residents; and then using the principal component analysis combined with IPA analysis to explore the main limiting factors that existing in the two communities, concluding that there are some commonalities and differences between them, putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions;the last according to the principle of choosing the economic development model, combining with the actual situation of Yin Dianshan and Long Hushan nature reserve, putting forward the two economic development models:"Breeding-biogas-growing-rural economic cooperation organization" about upgrade of industrial structure development pattern and the comprehensive economic development model of "Tourism-growing-breeding-leisure agriculture" which is depending on the tourism of Long Hushan nature reserve, as the two surrounding communities on the future plans for the development to provide certain reference.
