This way, the automatic distribution of the materials, the basic functions of the automatic feeding system, and the interlocking and sequence control of the equipment and production process can be achieved, the configuration simulation pictures can be drawn, configuration variables can be defined, the basics of the configuration such as the control of the valves and the conveyor belts can be simulated.The control of the operation and status of the blast furnace as well as the checking, adjusting and alarming of the indicators can be achieved with this method, It can conduct the sequence control and PID adjustment control of all the equipment and production process according to the HMI operation instructions, operation figures and data given by the detectors. The real-time monitoring of the whole system is made possible through the operation of PLC program and the configuration simulation program.
