Study On The Safety Psychology Evaluating System Of The Underground Worker In Small And Medium-sized Coal Mine

China is a country with rich energy，the status of the energy is increasing in the demandand development of society. Coal as the grain of the industry is one of the main energy in theworld from the eighteenth century. But, the growing coal enterprises have to face a grimproblem, which is safety production. In recent years, although the problem of the safetyproduction was valued throughout the country, accident rates had the obvious control thanbefore, but we still worried about the accidents in safety production of the small andmedium-sized coal mine.People are the main part of the production activities, and play an important role on it.People’s behavior is mainly affected by mental activity. Human error accounts for a largeproportion in coal mine accidents. So the most important thing is to know the psychology ofpeople, reduce the happening of the accident rate for human error. Because of the small andmedium-sized coal mine has its own particularity than the general coal mine, themental health of underground workers who work in the small and medium-sized coal mineneed to be concerned. The thesis focuses on the small and medium-sized coal mine, formulatethe measurement system of the safety psychology, this is also the innovation points of mine.This paper analyzed the relationship of the human error and unsafe behavior from theviewpoint of safety psychology, summarized psychological traits of the underground workers.By comparing the small and medium-sized coal mines and general coal mining, I got the16security psychological evaluation indexes which suitable for small and medium-sized coalmines, it including8psychological quality indicators and8ability quality indicators.According to the compiling method of psychological measurement, compiled forpsychological questionnaire suitable for small and medium-sized coal mine, and used thequestionnaire survey. I used SPSS who is the tool of statistical to analyze data to testreliability and validity for the questionnaire, so we can get an effective psychologicalquestionnaire. Finally, judge the questionnaire by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we canget the level of current mental state, which will help coal mine managers to know theunderground workers’ psychological.The establish of the Safety Psychological Evaluation System makes a huge contributionfor coal mine enterprise’s managers, companies can know miners’ psychological status inadvance, and adjust the class table for the miners whose psychological level was low in time.This is important for preventing accidents, and improving the quality of coal’s safetyproduction in our country.
