China's energy structure determines that the future development is inseparable from the coal but the coal mining is always accompanied by the accidents.With the advancement of science and technology,the reliability of equipment and management has been greatly improved so the reason of coal mine accidents has changed to human unsafe behavior.In order to prevent the happening of the underground accidents and reduce the numbel of underground workers' unsafe behavior,solving the normal safety psychological evaluation laborious and little effect,you need the measurement system of the safety psychology.Conduct the statistical analysis of 106 accidents in Panji Mine from 2011 to 2015.It finds that for the causes of the accident,the proportions of illegal operations,irregular operations and weak sense of self-preservation are respectively 29.2%,49.1%and 21.7%,human error scale together account for as high as 78.3%.Based on this,it puts forward the human error accounts mechanism and summarizes seven important psychological characteristics of human error accounts.It determines the safety psychological evaluation indicators according to previous experience and seven important psychological characteristics of human error accounts.The evaluation index is applicable for the operating workers of underground coal mine.It has two basic dimensions,they are psychological quality indicators and ability quality indicators which contains 7 and 8 secondary indicators.According to the saftey psychological evaluation indexes with fifteen indcators,it prepares 46 questions in strict accordance with the relevant requirements.According to the random evaluation of twenty workers underground coal mine in Panji mine,it conducts reliability and validity analysis of preliminary and reevaluated results also finds that the questions have high reliability and validity and meet the demands of the psychological evaluation.With Microsoft SQL Server Express do background database and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as development tools it completes the program development of safety psychological evaluation system for workers underground coal mine.
