Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is one of the regions in China where coalresource enriches most, as well as one of the key coal bases. Since the advent of thenew century, a lot of coal mine accidents occurred in the region. Most of the accidentsare attributable to the unsafe behaviors of the coal mine operators. Hence, it becomesmore and more urgent to investigate and deal with the unsafe psychological problemsof coal mine operators. In this dissertation, as a first step, basic theoretical analysis isperformed for the key elements of coal mine operators’ unsafe psychology; then,theoretical support is provided for the determination of the key elements of unsafepsychology from three theoretical dimensions: incentive, psychological process andpsychological traits. The elements are summed up in three types: situation type, defecttype and endogenous type. Psychological measuring table is produced according tothe key element factors of unsafe psychology. Fitting analysis is made for the data, bywhich guidance is provided to establishment of safety management mechanism ofmodern coal mine. In the end, the dissertation explores the management measures forthe coal mines in Inner Mongolia striding toward modern management, which coversinformation-based management of human resource, pertinent safety training,psychological selection of staff in special job type, stress management of coal mineoperators, construction of the psychological intervention mechanism of the staff, etc. This no doubt will be of important significance to the establishment of the safetymanagement mechanism of modern coal mine. |
