Worker Safety Idea Education Research Of Coal Mining Enterprises In Shanxi Province

As coal industry is an extremely dangerous industry, hence it is the eternal theme of the industry to improve the safety management of coal mine production. In order to enhance the concept and consciousness of coal safety production, as well as improve the self-protection ability when they are in danger during the process of coal production, it is quite necessary to carry on the safety education among all workers and staff in the development of safety management of coal enterprises. If the safety education consciousness of coal mine workers is weak, they may ignore themselves and threaten other people’s lives. Moreover, due to the impact of life stress and work pressure, it is so easy to make them lose the objective and direction of safety management in their work. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the workers’ safety education of coal enterprise and make a solid foundation of improving the safety management of coal production. Besides, as Shanxi province belongs to the key coal mining base at home and abroad, so we need to develop an intensive research about safety education and thoughts of coal workers and staff in Shanxi province coal enterprises. And to norm the safety behavior of coal workers, it is also a fundamental task to develop stably in coal industry. With these questions, based on the analysis of the theory about education worker safety in coal mine enterprises, the author hopes people to understand the meaning of ideological education, its necessity and so on. At the same time, taking Shanxi Province as an example, the author makes an empirical investigation as the main research method of this thesis, finding out the existing problems and causes among the staff safety education and thoughts of coal enterprises, and putting forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions. Through the research, this paper effectively solves the problem of ideological education and safety management of coal mine enterprises. And it prompts the coal mine workers establish the awareness of safety and self-protection from the source, reduces it the most out of man-made factors in coal accidents. To sum up, this paper plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of the coal industry.
