With the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry, research on the treatment of pharmaceutical industry wastewater has been become a hot issue in industrial water treatment. People begin to pay attention to Pharmaceutical wastewater gradually because of the characteristics of its complicated pollutants component、high concentrations of organic pollutants、numerous suspended solids that’s hard to precipitate、high alkalinity and chromaticity of the wastewater、varied fluctuation amplitude of water’s quality and amount、difficulty that’hard to be controlled and so on.It also has already been become a difficult problem in the field of water treatment and environmental protection.It can not reach the expected target with traditional method or other industrial water treatments.On how to handle the waste water problem with the application of Chinese medicine injection, here I take Xi’an Pharmaceutical Co.LTD as the object of the research, in order to get a further study about traditional Chinese medicine injections for treatment.This Pharmaceutical Co.LTD of Xi’an is a Chinese medicine company which specialized produce traditional Chinese medicine injection.This company is different from other ones that produce traditional Chinese medicine preparation, because its major production is based on the injection of arterial injection, which requires higher purity of traditional Chinese medicine preparation.The purification process is more complex in the part of Chinese medicine purification, so the generated wastewater concentration is higher.The highest concentration of organic pollutants can be reached200000mg/L, the total nitrogen content reached2400mg/L, and its main pollutants is edible gelatin. According to the data above, the construction and operation of the wastewater treatment plant in the traditional Chinese medicine injection company have a good research value and technology promotion value, it’s also deserve to popularize widely.The design ideas of the pharmaceutical company is to carry out a quality treatment for the runoff, dividing them into concentrated wastewater treatment segment and composite wastewater treatment segment. Take investment、floor area、operations management and so on into consideration.we determined that the wastewater treatment process consist of concentrated wastewater to be adopted the UASB anaerobic and Fenton treatment process, the integrated wastewater intends to adopt a multi-stage biological contact oxidation, biological aerated filter method, and over disinfection treatment process. After debugging and running of the wastewater treatment station, the stage of concentrated wastewater chemical oxygen demand COD removal rate was94.7%, and SS suspension removal rate was42.8%. Integrated wastewater treatment segment removal rate was92.9%for the comprehensive wastewater stages of chemical oxygen demand COD, removal rate of SS suspension was60.9%, ammonia NH3-N removal rate was94.4%, total phosphorus TP removal rate was57.0%. Water quality to meet the standard " The Yellow River Valley (Shaanxi segment) Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (DB61/244-2011).
