Industry Difference And Influence Factor Analysis On Consumption And Environmental Pollution In Hebei Province

In recent years, China’s many areas have frequent haze, which has a serious impact onthe development of economy and society and encourages people to pay high attention toenvironmental problems. In2013,we monitored air environmental quality of74cities basedon the new national standard and found seven gathered in Hebei province among the top10pollutant cities, so environmental pollution of Hebei province is serious and coordinating therelationship between the economic development and pollution reduction is its coreproblem.From the economics of view, the ultimate goal of production is to meet the demandof consumption and consumption determines the production. soresearching the responsibilityof Consumption and emission pollution of the environment in industries of Hebei hasimportant theoretical and realistic significance based on the consumer point of view as well asconsidering both in trade and international trade.First of all, on the basis of the definition connotation of consumptionand pollutionemissions and the input-output method, setting up the method system and model ofconsumption and environmental pollution emissions lays the foundation of analyzing theconsumption and pollution emissions of Hebei Province.The second, using Consumption and environment pollution emissions accounting systemas the analytical framework, we construct a model which includes consumption andenvironmental pollution emissions of27industries of Hebei Province,to analyze the sulfurdioxide、chemical aerobic and smoke pollution emissions differences among Urban residents,rural residents, and trade. pollution industry in Hebei province under the Consumerperspective concentrated in the coal mining and coal washing, coking, coal gas and petroleumprocessing industry, electric power, heat production and supply industry, construction andother industries, and industry pollutant emissions of sulfur dioxide (SO2) is the largest.Again, from the perspective of energy structure, the trade structure, consumptionstructure and differences between urban and rural areas, we analyze the influence factors of27 industry emissions differences in Hebei province. The results show giving priority to coalenergy consumption structure lead to industrial SO2emissions is higher, and the tradestructure had a greater influence on the consumption and pollution emissions of industries.The last, we refine the research conclusion under the results of the study, and put forwardpollution reduction measures of Hebei province. Meanwhile, we proposethe focus of thefurther research direction based on analyzing the lack of the research.
