In recent years, with the universal application of the coding technology in food industry,inkjet printer has been known commonly. At present, our country lays much more strictly ruleson the production date identification, especially for food and medicine. Forced by thecompetition, manufacturers are looking for an effective way to solve the problem. Inkjet printeris the first choice to solve the problem for the manufacturers of modern mass production. Withthe rapid growth of the inkjet printer needs, the domestic market has huge potential. It isnecessary to develop and produce inkjet printer with independent intellectual property rights forthe manufacturers in our country. Furthermore, it can not only meet the domestic needs ofenterprises, but also reduce the whole cost of the inkjet printer significantly. On the other hand, itis conducive to reserve technology and shorten the gap with the world’s advanced printingtechnology. The importance of the inkjet printer technology is self-evident.Inkjet printer is a technology-intensive product, concerning systems technology, computerand information processing technology, automatic control technology, mechanical designtechnology and so on. The paper designs a jet printing system with Man-machine interfaceindependently, which can be applied to industrial packaging industry, to meet the needs of basicgraphics such as printing numbers, characters, simple images, serial numbers and dates. Firstly,the paper describes the research background, development status at home and abroad, and thesissignificance. Secondly, the paper expounds the hardware and software platform of the embeddedsystem in details. The entire platform is built up based on embedded system and the S3C2440AChip has been made as the core of the system. Furthermore, the paper compiles low-level driversaccording to the signals needed by sprinklers. Meanwhile, the design of the driver withscalability has been stated in detail. Finally, the paper summarizes the test of the system anddescribes the future outlook.Early inkjet printer is equipped with the Windows operating system. After processing thedata, the host computer passes the data to the next crew. Therefore, The system is large andinefficient. In this regard, the inkjet printer system based on WinCE and ARM9and the XJ128sprinkler have been adopted in this paper. The system combines the powerful data processing ofARM9and the advantages of WinCE, which has real-time and can be cut. Digital image processing and SPI bus transmission have been integrated in this paper. Application and stratifiedflow driver, which have been written in the paper, provide signals for the inkjet printer. On onehand, the system not only greatly improves the efficiency of Coding, but also reduces the volumeof the inkjet printer. On the other hand, the system has good practical value.
