With the development of product identification and barcode anti-counterfeiting technology,more and more enterprises control and track the quality of product, expand sales channels byusing inkjet printer. While the technology of high resolution inkjet printer which is mainly usedto print trademarks and barcode, has been monopolized by foreign manufacturers. Advancedhigh resolution inkjet printer of foreign manufacturers usually develop the applications of inkjetprinter by using ARM9processor as control core and XAAR series On-demand printing nozzle.On the basis of analysis of foreign advanced inkjet printer and nozzle, the thesis develop theapplication of inkjet printer and introduce the realization of its function, etc. The thesisintroduced a method for designing the application of high resolution inkjet printer.The thesis analyses the development status and tends of inkjet printer at home and abroad,compares the performance of on-demand printing and continuous printing. On the basis of theexperimental waveform measured by oscilloscope, the thesis provides a testing application basedon ARM9and WinCE to verify that the XAAR XJ128nozzle could work properly under controlof ARM9series S3C2440chip, builds the software development platform of WinCE application,and introduces several development methods of Windows CE application. Finally, it introducesthe principle of bitmap printing and barcode generation based on the function can beimplemented by the inkjet printer.The thesis provides a good method to develop the application of high resolution inkjetprinter through testing and research on inkjet printer and its application. It has a broadapplication and development prospects.
