The product of cold roll forming has the advantage of reasonable cross section、higher strength、lighter weight and higher use rate of metal. With the quick developmentof economy,the market to cold-roll steel is becoming higher and higher,delicateappearance,excellent performance in the production process of cold-roll steel is widelyused. However,cold-roll forming is a complicated sheet and strip manufacturing method,the steel sheet own the characteristic of geometric nonlinearity,material nonlinearity andcontact boundary nonlinearity on cold roll forming process,and other various influencefactors of forming. Therefore,cold roll forming technology is a complicated topic. Up todate,there are no scholars has put forward a kind of very perfect and precise analysismethod in the word. The design of pass schedules and roll profiles mainly depend onexperience.First of all,the paper introduces the characteristics and applications of cold rollingsheet,domestic and international relevant forming theory research status and developmenttrend,by comparing various cold-rolling forming methods,finally determined by finiteelement simulation for cold-rolling forming process to studied. Then on the basis of briefexplanation finite element solving steps elaborating the theories of geometricnonlinearity、material nonlinearity and contact boundary nonlinearity,and explaining themeaning of this text.The finite element model is established based on true producing condition,and usingexplicit dynamic finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate theforming process of seal support beam. Through analyzing to the strip during cold rollingforming process of the distribution of stress and strain and the change rule,The paperexplains the law of sheet metal forming,having certain guiding significance to thepractical production and theoretical research.Besides,this article also uses ANSYS static analysis module to analyze implicitspring-back. Through the results of spring-back analysis of stress and stain changes,cometo the conclusions that are beneficial to practical production. In the last,combine the spring-back value using simulation with what in produce,to verify credibility of theimitate result,make sure simulate result is used for guiding actual production. Theresearch result of this paper have a good reference function for exploiting of newroll-forming products、designing of roller mould and controlling of producing process. |
