The cold-roll steel product is a kind of high efficiency product, it has the advantage of reasonable cross section,higher strength,lighter weight and higher use rate of metal. With the rapid development of economy, the cold-roll steel product has been applied in many industries. Cold-roll forming is a very complicated process involving a series of factors. So it is highly necessary to conduct a computer simulation research on this process.Firstly, this paper introduces domestic and international relevant forming craft technique,characteristic province. Then, summarizes the mechanics basic theories,numerical simulation of cold-roll forming process and the domestic and international CAD/CAE development condition of cold-roll forming process. Elaborated to the background and the meaning of this text.Base on the equipment and engineering fact, this paper simulate the landscape orientation transmogrification of the cold-roll forming process using the lab equipment. And the deformation the regulation of strain and stress's variety and return to play the effect of steel sheet in process forming was analysised. The actual forming process is a dynamics process, base on the true producing condition, the mechanical model is established. Using the finite element software, the landscape orientation transmogrification process is numerical simulated. Combine with the spring-back value and strain variation, to verify credibility of the imitate result. In addition, this paper has analyzed the effect factor in the cold-roll forming process. Moreover, the research of this thesis have a good reference function for exploiting of new cold-roll forming products.
