Research On The Risk Management Of Middle And Small Coalmine Construction Projects In Fujian Province

Fujian Province is located in the western Taiwan Strait, and in recent years, it has seen rapid economic development and increasing demand for anthracite. Thus, there were more and more projects for the construction of middle and small coalmine in the past several years, but the risk accidents frequently occur, given that the project managers seldom take the risks in all phrases of coalmine construction project into consideration systematically. In this context, using the theory and method of project risk management to study the risks in the projects is of great significance to the enterprises, which can promote the development of middle and small coalmine construction projects in Fujian province.Based on the practice of middle and small coalmine construction projects in Fujian province, this dissertation divides its into4phrases, which are coalmine rights acquisition, application for project construction, construction of projects and acceptance, and it analyzes the program and contents of each phrase. This dissertation identifies27major risk factors in the4phrases of middle and small coalmine in Fujian province with expert survey method. Through the design, distribution and collection of questionnaires, it evaluates the risk probability, risk impact and harm of main risk factors in all phrases of Fujian middle and small coalmine construction projects. According to the results of the risk evaluation and the risk characteristics of each phrase, it proposes risk-sharing programs and coping strategies. What’s more, it put forwards risk coping measures in all phrases of Fujian middle and small coalmine construction projects with the methods of risk warning control technology,"PDCA" cycle management, six security system and other methods of risk control. Combining the practice of risk management in Shuijingkeng coalmine construction project, this dissertation introduces the main work content, application process, apply effects of the project, and indicates the operability of the outcome in this dissertation. Finally, it sums up the experience and enlightenment of the practice.There are two main innovations in this dissertation. First, combined with the project risk management theory and methods and the characteristics of coalmine construction project in Fujian province, it proposes the project of coalmine construction projects. Second, it forms the risk coping measures of Fujian middle and small coalmine construction projects in all phrases of its.This dissertation explores the risk management of Fujian middle and small coalmine construction projects from the perspectives of theory and practice, and this will play a valuable role in the development of the risk management in Fujian middle and small coalmine construction projects.
