Evaluation Of Water Ecological Civilization Construction In Mudanjiang City Based On Matter-element Extension Analysis Method

With the pollution of the water environment and the economic development,the water ecological civilization emerged as the times require.The water ecological civilization is specifically extracted from the water problem on the basis of the concept of ecological civilization,and is also the landing point for realizing the goal of ecological civilization.It refers not only to the health of the water ecological environment itself,but also to human behavior,emphasizing the harmonious coexistence of human and water.Mudanjiang City,as one of the second batch of pilot projects for the construction of water ecological civilization in the country,has achieved remarkable results after three years of construction in 2015~2017,and explored typical models and valuable experiences for the construction of water ecological civilization cities across the country.This paper evaluates the current status of water ecological civilization city construction in Mudanjiang City.Based on the current status of water ecological environment and construction in Mudanjiang City,based on the existing research results,the evaluation system suitable for Mudanjiang City is constructed.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Fully understand the relevant content and progress of water ecological civilization at home and abroad,combine the ecological environment status and construction foundation of Mudanjiang City,follow the principle of index selection,and determine the goal of evaluation,water conservation,water environment,water ecology,water supervision The water safety and water culture are the criteria,and there are 22 indicators of Mudanjiang City evaluation index system.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the criterion layer,considering that the analytic hierarchy process is subjectively influenced,and in view of the excessive number of indicators,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the indicator layer,and the two weights are multiplied to obtain each.The final weight of the indicator is ready for evaluation.(3)Analyze and evaluate with the extension of matter elements,reflecting that the urban level of water ecological civilization in Mudanjiang City from 2014 to 2017 is poor,general,good and good,consistent with the reality of the continuous improvement of the ecological environment of Mudanjiang City.
