Water pollution has been one of the factors restricting the rapidly development of social economy.Benign social economic development model which based on the results of water environment carrying capacity has become an important mean to solve the bottleneck problem.Keep digging the method research and application research is of great significance to study the relationship between water environment carrying capacity and socio-economy.In order to solve the problem of the loss of information and the fuzziness of research results in the current research process,this paper combines the matter-element theory and the extension theory to carry on the thorough research.Take the advantages of both of them and builds the material-element extension model.Applied this model on the study of watershed Water Environment Carrvina watershed Water Environment Carrying Capacity.Define the watershed of river A based on conceptual definition method.Based on this,the definition of the A river basin is established.Based on this definition,the material-element extension model of the water carrying capacity of the case area is established.Evaluated the water environment carrying capacity of the case area is evaluated in recent years,and proposed some scientific advice for the sustainable development of water environment carrying capacity in Tianjin in the coming future.At the same time provide a new way for the future study of water environment carrying capacity in future watershed.The main findings are as follows:(1)Using conceptual definition method to define the research region,which was referred to A river basin,so that the purpose which arguing the research method in limited time can be achieved.(2)Based on the research on the loss of information in the previous research methods and the fuzziness of the research results,the material-element extension model of watershed water carrying capacity is established.(3)Using the matter-element extension model to study the water carrying capacity of the case area and the correlation degree of the water environment carrying capacity grading standard,the results show that the water environment carrying capacity of the case area in2011-2015 is ?,And in recent years the water environment carrying capacity situation is declining.And put forward specific measures from the four perspectives of pollutants,water use,comprehensive management and supervision and management.(4)Through the comparison and analysis of the fuzzy matter-element model,the feasibility of the study on the water carrying capacity of the material-element extension model basin is verified.
