With the improvement of people’s daily life, the demand for high-end acrylic apparel is increasing in the market.Differentiated acrylic attracted widespread attention. Fine-denier and profiled acrylic fiber is a mainstream development of differentiation acrylic fiber, which will become the popular trend of high-grade acrylic textiles in the new century.The object of experimental study was the Dralon fine-denier acrylic profiled fibers. Dry spinning technology from Germany, the fiber has a dumbbell-shaped profiled and fiber fineness is between0.6dtex-0.9dtex. In this paper, three kinds of acrylic fibers were selected, one of which is dralon fiber, the other two are charcoal acrylic fiber and ordinary acrylic fiber. The dralon fiber was compared with the two acrylic fibers.The results showed that the ability of the Dralon fine-denier profiled acrylic fiber is stronger than common acrylic fabric in the moisture absorption. Analyzing the fiber cross section, we can see that the Dumbbell-shaped cross-section is beneficial to enhance the ability of fiber’s moisture absorption.13kinds of knitted fabrics from textile and garment enterprises in the actual production and application were selected. One contains ordinary acrylic fibers, others contain Dralon fibers.The fabrics structure parameters were analyzed and compared. Fabrics’physical and mechanical properties were tested, and found Dralon fabric pilling easily, which affects the fabrics’appearance. Dralon fabric’s abrasion is better than ordinary acrylic fabric.Tested fabric comfort properties, including air permeability, moisture absorption, and perspiration, thermal conductivity. Through comparely analyzing12different modified Dralon acrylic fabrics and ordinary acrylic fabric, we found that the main factors that affect the air permeability of fabric is porosity. The higher porosity, the better air permeability. In addition, the permeability is also associated with the surface density and thickness, with the increased of both, the air permeability reduced. Dralon fabric’s hygroscopic and moisture ability are better than ordinary acrylic fabric.As the fabric thickness and the surface density increased, the resistance increased, the fabric thermal performance enhanced. Then did the wearing test. Comparing the subjective test results with objective data, we can see fabric’s wet feeling and sticky somatosensory heavily influenced by moisture and breathable performance. Transparent sense of subjective evaluation date and the fabric air permeability test results have the same order, Sense of well-being subjective and objective test results were positively correlated.By one hand, did the test the fabric basic style by KES. By another hand, did wearing test to get the subjective evaluation about fabric style. Finally, analyzed the two test results and found all the fabric stiffness generally low, but smooth degree of fabrics are high. Most of them are suitable for fabrics of knitted underwear. The results showed that the stiffness closely links with fabric’s Thickness; The greater the thickness, the better stiffness; Fullness of the fabric is mainly affected by the compression performance in the thickness direction; smooth degree is mainly affected by surface roughness; the subjective and objective evaluation of knitted fabric’s bacic style is different in data, but the Size of the order are similar, even though there is slightly different. Therefore, we can say that the basic style of the fabric KES value of the test is more reliable.
