The treatment methods of Phenolic wHydroxybenzene, general formula is ArOH.The most simple hydroxybenzene is phenol. The use of phenol is quite wide and the dosage is steadily increasing.The damage caused to the human is gradually deep.It is because of phenolic compounds on the human body has a very serious harm, therefore, the United States health agency phenols prescribes the content in drinking water must be less than1mg/L, and our country industrial wastewater discharge standard also provides phenol content in industrial wastewater shall not be higher than5mg/L.Chemical industry, oil refining industries, containing phenol in wastewater often is1000mg/L above. so, the high toxicity, difficult to degradation of phenol wastewater effectively control it is significant.astewater are divided into physical method, chemical method and biological method and electrochemical method. All kinds of methods have their own advantages and limitations, among them, the physical and chemical method and biological method in industrial application is very successful and has high treatment effect. With the full literature investigation, and combined with the actual situation, the BCB combination for processing phenol acetone wastewater is chosed to research in this paper.A new technology of processing phenol acetone production wastewater is studied in the pilot test. the biological pretreatment, chemical oxidation and biochemical post-processing is in turn series a combination process, referred to as the BCB combination process, and the traditional CB process is compared. In this paper,the wastewater quality situation is analysed detailedly, the control parameters of the pilot operation is drawn up, each unit control and stable operation conditions is discussed, the operation is observed, the satisfactory operation results is obtained.Through the test,it is found that phenol acetone wastewater is treated by BCB combination process,the water quality indicators can reach Shanghai secondary emission standard. Therefore, BCB combination for processing phenol acetone production wastewater is completely feasible in technology. Based on the pilot, phenol acetone wastewater treatment is designed on technics, it is studied respectively from the level of biochemical treatment technology, catalytic oxidation process, secondary biochemical process, sludge treatment, the treatment effect prediction and so on.
