In recent years, Agricultural non-point source pollution has became one of the three major environmental pollutions, as well as a serious environmental issue, catching world’s attention. The control of non-point source pollution is associated with the sustainable development of both agriculture and district social economy. In the economic growth of Chenzhou, eco-environment plays a vital role, including agricultural non-point source pollution, which is a worth-search problem.This hypothesis based on this theory of Chenzhou agricultural nonpoint source pollution in empirical research, through data analysis to verify Chenzhou economic growth and agricultural nonpoint source pollution will be showing between the Kuznets curve "inverted u type "relationship. First, Chenzhou agricultural nonpoint source pollution to analyze the situation, especially for agricultural nonpoint source pollution in Chenzhou main source usage of the comparative analysis of national data in the province, followed by preliminary data through SPSS software processing, the use of Kuznets (EKC) curve analysis method described agricultural nonpoint source pollution and the relationship between economic growth, agriculture, the stage reached in Chenzhou, as a basis for determining the agricultural nonpoint source pollution prevention programs to better serve the practical implementation of Hunan Province resource-saving and environment-friendly society building goals Meanwhile, the proposed Chenzhou City agricultural nonpoint source pollution control in the main problems or errors.Then, is the relationship of agricultural non-point source pollution and economic growth like the " inverse U-shaped curve " above? The answer towards those question above will help us understand the relationship among agricultural non-point source pollution, economic growth and solutions, and know the status and features of agricultural non-point source pollution, which are also beneficial to reach the goal of adjusting agricultural non-point source pollution through the proper aid from a macro angle. In this paper, a preliminary SPSS software for data processing, the use of Kuznets-curve(EKC) analysis method described agricultural nonpoint source pollution and agricultural relationship between economic growth, resulting in Chenzhou the stage. As a basis for determining the agricultural nonpoint source pollution prevention programs to better serve the practical implementation of Hunan Province, resource-saving and environment-friendly society building goals.The analytic result shows that the economic growth of Chenzhou is associated with the emission of agricultural non-point source pollution in the relationship of inverse U-shaped curve, which means agricultural non-point source pollution of Chenzhou has entered into the transitional period. And a new and more effective method to solve agricultural non-point source pollution is needed. Therefore, we proposed the most suited BMPs for Chenzhou, which is to complete policy, offer technical support, establish inspection system of agricultural non-point source pollution and develop agriculture recycled economy.
