The extensive pattern of agricultural economic growth in Liaoning Province leads to increasingly severe agricultural non-point source pollution, of which the control situation becomes more serious during the process of agriculture chemistry. As the government has been progressively concerned about agricultural non-point source pollution, Liaoning Province is faced with unprecedented opportunities in controlling agricultural non-point source pollution. To gurantee the sustainable development of agriculture, study on the pressure assessment and control route of agricultural non-point source pollution is carried out. Creative and exploratory study is conducted on agricultural non-point source pollution pressure assessment mechanism. In addition, new insights into its time-variation and composition are provided. The main contents are as follows:In Chapter1, background, purpose and significance of research are stated. Research characters are analyzed, its scope is defined and ideas are given.In Chapter2, on the basis of concept and characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution, relative theories are classified and literature review is carried out. In the end, summary and recitation are given.In Chapte3, agricultural non-point source pollution pressure in Liaoning Province is estimated, based on which pressure assessment is carried out. Pollution pressure characterstics are analyzed from three aspects: emission evolution, sources constitution and spatial distribution. Further analyses of pressure assessment are carried out in environmental fairness, more specifically, in emission equity. Finally, critical control points of agricultural non-point source pollution in Liaoning Province are identified.In Chapter4, theoretical analyses are conducted from the point of market failure, government failure and bounded rationality of farmer behavior. Agricultural economic scale, agricultural economic structure, use of agrochemical and development of livestock and poultry breeding industry are all involved in economical factors analysis. Based on the results of pollution pressure estimation, relevant Environment Kuznets Curve models are applied in empirical study on the relationship between pollution pressure and economic growth. In addition, comparisons of EKC modeling results between agricultural non-point source pollution and point source pollution are carried out. In Chapter5, control routes of agricultural non-point source pollution in Liaoning Province are studied and countermeasures and suggestions are given from the aspects of agricultural economic growth pattern and structure, organization mode, technology and institution environment.
