Evaluation And Simulation Of Employees’ Safety Behavior Level Of Coal Enterprises

Coal as the foundation of China’s national economic and social development, is the pillar industry in China, which will still be a dominant position in China’s energy consumption, but security issues are still outstanding for coal enterprise safety in production accident, staff casualty incidents. Workers out of operation, management personnel in violation of regulations and unsafe behavior of enterprise organization and so on, are the main reason causing our country coal mine accident for the multiple. In short, China’s coal mine safety production situation is not optimistic; the person’s behavior factor is the main reason of the accident.Coal enterprise as the research object where safety situation is very complicated. Then based on the complexity of safety behavior, this paper analyzes a large number of typical safety accidents in coal enterprise. Through deep research, behavioral event interview, prospect theory, behavioral science and expert depth interviews, etc. in coal enterprise, many influent factors of coal enterprise employee safety behavior are summarized. At the same time, using the explain Structure Model theory and method, the complicated relationship between the staff safety behavior influence factors gets analyzed and the level of hierarchical relationship diagram of coal mine safety factors affecting employee behavior is established, which are helpful for further revealing the deep reasons to construct coal mine employee safety behavior factors system. With the analysis about influence factor system of employee safety behavior and the application of System Dynamics (SD) theory and method, employees’ safety behavior system simulation model is established. Under the safety input view, we select the coal enterprise survey and expert interview data as the initial simulation, through simulation run safety input and employee behavior level and the investment proportion adjustment, a variety of decision schemes are put forward and analyzed, which is help for coal enterprises to establish employees unsafe act against long-term mechanism as well as provide reference on predicting dynamic employee safety behavior level, preventing and avoiding unsafe behavior occurrence for coal enterprise.
