Accordingly, the resolution which follow the Kaize principle is divided into four parts:Target Management, Work Flow Management, Schedule Management and Offshore Management. For Target Management, by introducing the PDCA circle, to have PDCA time sheet with a specific operation circle, cost for single well and workover duration limitation; for Work Flow Management, by introducing the5W1H(what, why, where, when, who, how) and ECRS (Eliminate, combine, rearrange, simplify) theory, to optimize the workover process, payment process and logistic process; For Schedule Management, to expedite the workover by controlling the5elements, personnel, equipment, procedure, loose items and weather; For Offshore Management, to apply the5S theory according the5elements mentioned above.
