The paper was based on the theory of Chinese medicine of safflower medical andpharmaceutical active ingredients, in ultrafine grinding conditions, using water extractionto extract its main active ingredient (safflower yellow), blending the concentratedsolution of safflower yellow and viscose spinning solution by spun injection method,obtained safflower viscose fiber with certain function.Firstly, The paper was to investigate the relationship between milling time ofthe Chinese medicine ultrafine grinding technology and safflower yellow extraction rate to determine the particle size; study the main factors affecting the extraction rate of safflower yellow: extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, extraction times, optimize the four single-factor one by one, using L9(34)orthogonal test design to determine the optimum extraction of safflower yellow: the extraction temperature70°C, the extraction time40min, the solid-liquid ratio1:60, theextraction times3, Under this condition, the extraction rate of safflower yellow is8.58%; application rotary evaporator concentrate extracted safflower extract, blending concentration of20%safflower yellow solution and viscose spinning solutionwith different proportions, explore the rheological proportion with different blendratio under different temperature, by selecting the optimum program blended withcellulose obtained safflower viscose fiber.Observing the SEM photographs of the obtained safflower viscose fiber, thecross section was nearly circular, and there were grooves seening from the longitudinal direction, and the surface was smooth; using infrared spectrum analysis method to determine the existence of the HSYA,the main active ingredient of safflower yellow, in the fiber; analysising and comparing the mechanical properties andmoisture absorption and desorption performance of safflower viscose fiber and viscose fiber, and establish the appropriate relationship; applicating Datecolor SF600t o test the color of the safflower viscose fiber is orange-yellow;ultimately, the paper prove that safflower viscose fiber aqueous extract concentrated solution can significantly reduce the mouse ear swelling induced by xylene effects, by the experimental study of the release of the active ingredient, in the safflower viscose fiber, combines with water on mouse anti-inflammatory.The subject obtained a new kind of viscose fiber with health care function byblending, It’s one of the important direction of modern functional textile research, and thecontent and methods of the research may provide useful lessons to the same type ofscientific research and production.
