Nowadays, with the progress of urbanization and more and more rapid development ofthe society, as a result, pollution caused by living garbage has been multiplied, whichseriously has affected the environment around us and the healthy development of the society.Moreover, it has brought the inner digestive system of our city with great pressure. At present,the overall level of China’s urban garbage,management mechanism is still not catching upwith the developed countries in terms of the advanced ideas and levels of the world. There isstill a series of urban problems that hindered the development of China caused by theinadequate understanding of resource and reduction of waste treatment,by the imperfectionand incompleteness of the city’s garbage pollution prevention and the laws and regulations.City garbage problem has become one of the most complex social problems, even the globalissue. The effectiveness and the extent of city garbage pollution prevention can reflect themeasurement of the economic level, people’s quality, the innovation of the management idea,strong comprehensive national soft power and the healthy criteria of social development ofone country as well as one city. Although China has paid great attention to the importance ofurban garbage pollution, there still exist many deficiencies. In order to better thoroughlysolve the problem of waste pollution, we must have a profound comprehension of theimportance of the urban environment so as to seize the main contradiction of things andfundamentally completely solve the issue. In this paper, through the innovation concept andmanagement mechanism of foreign developed countries as well as the relatively perfect legalpolicy, an integrated system of management method has been put forward in the aspect ofhow to prevent pollution in China. To achieve the healthy development of the society, someconcrete, more reasonable and effective methods have been put forward to control the urbangarbage pollution, examples, comparisons, data analysis and other methods adopted in mypaper with the combination of the actual situation of our country.
