Attribution Research Of The Air Pollution In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Based On Environmental Ethics

In recent years,most areas in China suffered from serious air pollution problems,especially serious hazy weather in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.According to the national environmental quality bulletin of both 2014 and 2015,the top 10 cities of relatively poor air quality almost belong to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and their PM2.5 and PM10,carbon oxides,nitrogen oxides and other indicators severely exceed the standard.Hazy weather reflects that air pollution problem is the most serious environmental problem of current China.Nowadays we need urgently to deal with the environmental problem.Therefore,this article studies is: to explore the causes of air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and build a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air pollution control system.The research idea of this paper is "find the problem-analyze the reason-put forward the countermeasure",the research methods include: literature research,qualitative and quantitative,questionnaire,empirical analysis.First of all,we found that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are facing serious air pollution problems,then conducted attribution studies,and we proposed reasonable countermeasures based on the results of the study.In attribution studies,we start from external and internal factors.Look from the surface,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air pollution problem is due to the rapid development of economy,population,excessive consumption of resources,industrial pollution,the sharp increase in the number of motor vehicles,the automobile exhaust.And from the deep reason,the reality of the air pollution is the wrong environmental behaviors caused by the lack of environmental ethics.Therefore,it is significant to recognize the nature of the environmental pollution problem fundamentally and find the ways to solve the problem of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei atmospheric pollution from the perspective of environmental ethics.In the analysis of deep causes,we use NEP scale,test Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to explore the people's environmental ethics,in order to verify that the interior reason of air pollution is the lack of environmental ethics.Then we propose the reflection and construction of the concept of environmental ethics.By reshaping the relationship between man and nature and reconstructing the rational principles between human and nature,form the right concept of environmental ethics.At the same time,it puts forward that the construction of environmental ethics must be based on the establishment of the legal system of environmental ethics and the practice of public participation.At last,we put forward to build the security system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region atmospheric pollution based on environmental ethics.The practice of environmental ethics should be conducted throughout the political,cultural and social,legal,economic,science and technology aspects and finally realize the integration with the "guiding,cultivating,stimulating and supporting mechanism",in order to build the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region air pollution prevention security system.Change from theory to practice and from thought to action and fundamentally solve the problem of air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
