A fault in the electrical system, to take appropriate measures, make the system with minimum cost to resume normal operation.6KV power supply system as the main power supply system for Jilin Petrochemical Co calcium carbide factory, the factory standard relay protection device (not a relay and electronic device of integrated protection, protection device itself coexisting) caused by slow motion, two kinds of protective matching unreasonable, bring some influence to the normal operation of relay protection, and in recent years the calcium carbide plant production device has parking, electrical system load is low, the existing relay protection setting value does not make reasonable adjustment from the overall situation, has been unable to meet the demand of calcium carbide plant running smoothly at present low load state. This article mainly from the relay protection theory and practice,6KV power supply circuit of relay protection setting value calculation, debugging, and designs the framework of background monitoring system based on DVP system, is of great significance to the stable operation of the power system of calcium carbide factory.Jilin Petrochemical Company Carbide factory power supply system consists of a total step-down substation and five6KV high voltage substation, at present the total step-down substation, rectifier substation,1600#substation, chlorosulfonated substation, East head step-down substation, acrylic24#distribution room were installed monitoring automation system, but each substation background system independent monitoring operation, each station can not be transmitted data. In light of the current situation and development trend of the substation power dispatching automation system refining plate each brother enterprises, technological requirements of the calcium carbide factory existing DVP series integrated operating conditions and the production of the device condition of power system considering the actual transmission, monitoring data, design the production process with a set of calcium carbide factory matching, suits the situation of calcium carbide factory power grid dispatching automation system. The operation of the system effective monitoring, early warning, command the safe operation of electrical system of calcium carbide factory.
