In this thesis,vinegar-acrylic emulsion adhesive was prepared by optimizing theformulation and the rectification process.The way of emulsion polymerization, hard and softmonomer ratio, the amount of emulsifier, the initiator concentration, polymerizationtemperature, reaction time, stirringrate, the introduction of protective colloid and other factorsas the amount and type of vinegar-acrylic emulsion adhesive was discussed. The performanceand characterization of the synthetic latex was tested. The experiments showed that emulsionadhesive had a high conversion, small gel fraction, high solid content,small and delicateparticle size and good mechanical stability when polyvinyl alcohol was used protectivecolloid, and pre-emulsified semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization process,theproportion of BA: VAc was2:3, the amount of the emulsifier was3.6%, initiator dosage was0.6%, the polymerization temperature was82℃, reaction time was8h, and stirring rate was300r/min.On the base of synthetic vinegar-propylene copolymer emulsion adhesive acrylic acid,acrylamide, N-methylol acrylamide, acrylonitrile, acrylic acid-2-hydroxy ethyl, acrylicacid-2-hydroxy propyl, double propantheline, the TAC and other functional monomers wasintroduced.Effect of functional monomer to add into latex adhesive performance wereinvestigated. The experiments showed that these monomers all can improve the waterresistant of vinegar-acrylic emulsion adhesive.The best effect of water white resistant wasTAC.The best time of water resistant was double-propylamine. The amont of monomersshould not be too much. The optimum dosage of acrylic acid was5%. The optimum dosage ofacrylic acid-2-hydroxy ethyl and acrylic acid-2-hydroxy propyl were9%. The optimumdosage of TAC was1.6%. The optimum dosage of dual-propylamine was1.8%.Water-resistant effect of functional monomer complex used is much better than a single use.Vinegar-acrylic emulsion adhesive was modified by jioning the functional monomer.Spewing was made by spraying vinegar-acrylic emulsion adhesive on the surface of thefibers.Application performance of spewing was investigated.The results showed that vinegar- acrylic emulsion adhesive had good application in spewing materials.The washing fastnesswas reached3-4lenel.Tt was better than similar products for sale. The effect of dry cleaningfastness and elastic resilience were as similar as the same products for sale.
