In recent years, with the rapid economic development of the city, road infrastructure has made great progress. Urban transport and urban environment overall function improved significantly, leading to the deterioration of the urban environment. Vehicle emission pollution has been a major contribution to urban air pollution.Based on the analysis of atmospheric environmental impact of urban traffic prediction and evaluation of technology at home and abroad on the basis of the status quo, mainly to study the urban road traffic forecasting CALPUFF atmospheric model, and then collect the relevant data and apply CALPUFF mode of construction of Chengdu Ring Elevated Road predictive analysis of the environmental impact of air operations conducted. According to the model output, the following conclusions:(1) the construction jobs generated by wind200m in the ambient air quality impact of intermittent form, especially in windy conditions will cause regional ambient air TSP concentration exceeded the phenomenon;(2) operations of peak hours, the proposed road along the CO, NOx concentration at a distance of10m at the shoulder can meet the "Ambient Air Quality Standard"(GB3095-1996) for two standard limits, to meet the environmental requirements Ribbon;(3) after the expansion of the project to increase traffic, its operations have an impact on vehicle exhaust areas along certain degree of ambient air quality, but also to meet the "Ambient Air Quality Standard"(GB3095-1996) for secondary standard limits, to meet the requirements of the environmental function area. Conclusion Based on the above forecasts, the paper further urban traffic air pollution control measures are given specific recommendations.
