Honing is a high efficiency, low cost processing method to improve the surface quality of the workpiece, the shape and the dimension accuracy Honing compared to many other cutting method has many oneā€™s own knack in. With the development of honing technology and honing machine tool, honing has been more widely used in the processing of the cylinder, the inner surface of the engine bore.Large stroke double feed honing as an important tool in parts of large and medium-sized honing machine, which mainly include large mandrel, small ejector, big cones, small cone, coarse honing Whetstone seat, fine grinding and honing Whetstone seat body, etc. Its stiffness and strength is an important factor affecting the accuracy of the honing process. Large stroke double feed honing is developed on the basis of ordinary high precision double feed honing.
