Fracturing blender truck whose mechanism of power is driven by hydraulic system is the nucleus of the package. Hydraulic Static Transmission system is called HST system for short, which drives screw conveyor, water pump and sand mixed pump in the hydraulic system of the blenders. This essay will emphatically research two key factors of influencing the stability of the system:the stability of speed regulation and pressure. The following aspects were included:1. According to the work condition of operation of the blenders, the pressure and flow of the HST system is confirmed. Discuss designing scheme of HST system contains designing of main circuit, hydraulic control circuit, flushing circuit and make-up circuit.2. The mathematical model of governing control of full system is built. And the dynamic performance of governing system is emphatically analyzed3. This essay will analyze the process of formation of pressure pulsation from two aspects, the pressure pulsation from the flow pulsation and load variation of ram pump unit. The method of the flow pulsation of pump and engine are mutually used for inhibiting and counteracting the pressure pulsation is explored, based on the undulation theory, and accumulator is used for absorbing the pressure pulsation of the system from the aspect of the absorbing of energy.4. The dynamic performance of governing system and the process of formation of pressure pulsation are simulated through using the software of AMESim in the essay. The result shows that raising the ratio of damping and frequency can raise stability of the governing system and both flow counteraction and absorbing vibration from accumulator can effectively decrease pressure pulsation of the system.5. The HST system of the Blenders is modeled and simulated through using the software of AMESim in the essay. The simulation result shows that the system has good robustness, increasing damp aperture can improve the stability of the system and accumulator can inhibit the pressure pulsation of the system.
