In the process of fracturing, the reliability of entire device network links, the conformity of control and the coordination of work is the guarantee of precisely fracturing operations. Fracturing Unit meter car which coordinates and monitors the construction work of the whole fracturing device coordinates the monitoring center of the whole device, and the monitoring system will directly affect the quality of construction work.During the construction process, fracturing crew instrumentation vehicle has monitored and controlled the fracturing pump system, the fracturing sand vehicle systems, wellhead equipment, field screen, etc., to ensure that the fracturing units can be in construction safely, continuously and accurately.On this basis, the article put forward the corresponding design.Firstly, the design concept of existing fracturing crew instrumentation vehicle monitoring system and industry design standards has been studied, and the overall design scheme of data van is proposed. The fracturing is a multi-vehicle multi-unit control system, on the basis of local station control; each vehicle is connected to the network, to realize the remote monitoring display and remote centralized control.Secondly, the fracturing unit sand mixing truck and local station control subsystem of fracturing pump truck has been studied, level monitoring system design scheme of fracturing sand vehicles’multi-feed forward control has been proposed, the multi-feed forward control model has been established, the basic characteristics and control algorithms of model has been analyzed, algorithm design has been completed in the PLC.Thirdly, Ring Ethernet Redundancy control strategy of fracturing Unit has been designed. By designing the industrial Ethernet redundant ring network, by using Ethernet switch chain into the fracturing pump PLC、blender PLC、car dashboard computer. Redundancy system、network configuration and data transmission and reception of programming has been designed in the PLC. The design of Data acquisition monitoring system of fracturing unit instrument car data monitoring center has been finished.Then, video surveillance system of fracturing units was proposed, fracturing sand blender, fracturing pump, the well site, and video acquisition system of important equipment were designed as well, which can reflect the status of each field device directly.Finally, the overall system monitoring interface of fracturing units has been designed. The sand Blender animation interface, Blender data monitoring interface, fracturing pump data monitoring interface, alarm interface, reporting interface and curve interface was devised which was finished by the configuration Software (VIEWKING).
