With the rapid development of mine construction that safely and efficient in ourcountry,the speeding of coal mining continuously improves,but the rock rapidexcavation is influenced further by the complicated geological conditions.The firstprocess of coal mining is tunneling,it was particularly important that the coordinationof the ratio of mining and digging ensured smoothly replacement betweenproduction,but the phenomenon of “pay more attention to mining than tunneling “isnot effectively improved,it is seriously restricted efficient and productive of mine.After research statistics, rock roadway projects accounted for about half of the entireamount of excavation works,however,it does not have a complete constructiontechnology of rapid excavation in rock roadway, especially mechanized excavation ofhard rock,and it has become a majoy bottleneck of efficient and productive in Huaibeicoal mining. So,by speeding up the key technology research of rapid excavation inrock roadway, it has very important significance in guaranteeing the normaldevelopment of mining and digging, and promoting the sustainable stable developmentof production of the coal industry.The paper is based on rock roadway of trasporting uphill and Shimen in101mining area of the second coal mine of Yuandian, Huaibei mining, though theoreticalanalysis、actual measurement、laboratory triaxial combined with ANSYS numericalsimulation and other comprehensive research methods, we applied ourselves to thetechnology of rapid excavation in mechanized excavation, and actively looking for acomplete construction technology of rapid excavation in rock roadway. The supportingprocess occupied the most time in the whole process in rapid excavation, therefore, thisthesis mainly aimed at supporting of roadway, determining the reasonable supportingparameters of soft rock and hard rock, and reducing supporting time and costs, and toimprove the excavation speed and economic benefits.Firstly, the author analysed some problems of rapid excavation in Huaibei mining,and summarized the supporting of roadway that is the most important factor, whichaffected the rapid excavation in rock roadway. The theoretical analysis got the surfacedeformation of the surround rock in experiment roadway under three kinds oflithology,the results showed that the deformations were all small.The actualmeasurement obtained the law curves of the surface deformation with times changing,and got the maximum deformation of mudstone and sandstone by least square method of nonline fitting, it were vary widely which compared to the allowabledeformation. We obtained the loads of bolt and anchor by bolt (Cable) dynamometer, itwas concluded that none reached its ultimate bearing capacity.The borehole camerawas used to test the the thickness of the surrounding rock loose circle,we classified anddistinguished surrounding rock by the theory of the loose circle of supporting. UsingANSYS finite element software to simulate experiment of roadway, it is conclude thatthe deformation of mudstone and sandstone is small in the experiment of roadway,andsimulate the deformation of surrounding rock under the influence in the future.Finally,the paper got the irrational supporting currently according to the precedinganalysis, and put forward the reasonable supporting parameters for mudstone andsandstone, the reasonable cycle charts of two lithologies in rapid excavation weredrawn respectively, and we determined the construction technology of the differentlithologies,and it were used to practice successfully, it will provide important guidancefor rapid excavation in the rock roadway under similar conditions.
