The main work of the article is as follows:Considering the complexity and specificity of the structure and function of thegearbox, introduction of the axiomatic design method in its design programs.Research axiomatic design method application in the design of the gearbox, realizethe decomposition of coupling scheme designed to ensure the rationality of thedesign of the gearbox.In order to realize the parametric design of the series gearbox, based on theidea of modular design method, the article studied the method and process of themodule division, module queries and module integration to provide a basis for theparametric design of the gearbox.Studied the process of parametric driven graphical changes in parametricdesign, proposed the structure restraint relationship and the size constraint treemethod, and the graphic model will realize the parameter driving process.Based on the above research methods and technologies, designed the systemstructure, functional modules and workflow of the rapid design system of thegearbox. The system can be realized from the basic design parameters to thesemi-automatic completion of the program design process, and in accordance withthe design results automatically generate more than100drawings of the verticalgearbox above5000kW, well achieved the rapid design of the the gearbox. |
