This paper takes the search for the essential significance of cold water space in campus as the starting point, following the restricting factors and exploring the advantages of its characteristics, and integrating technology resources, thus to optimize the design for the future creation by seizing the main contradiction from the macro, meso and micro levels, step by step further, in order to provide some reference for the contribution of the campus design.This paper explores the existing problems of the present stage in cold water space, features as well as domestic and international theory and practice highlights and problems, water in cold University campus space design systems engineering analysis.
