The Optimization Design On Rural Community Circulation

The rural land circulation has become inevitable trend under the background ofurban and rural plan as a whole. Rural area is in the shortage of land resources and thespecial transition period of industry from the first industry to second and third industry.Land-lost farmers are now facing the industrial transformation, which leads to the wayof life will change and put the farmer housing forward many new requirements. Periodin order to actively respond to land circulation of peasant mass community constructionsituation, based nine community in WuGang province as an example, trying to designfrom the three aspects of construction Intensive land, multiple functions, lowtechnology,can not only improve the farmers’ living comfort. And the house will assistfarmers increase income and reduce farmers’ living costs,at the same time built thesustainable residential community.The article is divided into the following five parts:The first part (chapter1) elaborated the paper research background, the definitionof research objects and research contents of article. Summarized the domestic andforeign related research and theory, put forward the thesis of the research methods andplans to solve the key problems and thesis research framework.Second part (chapter2) from two angles,at first, this paper from the top down onrural housing construction in our country under the background of development andChina’s urban and rural development as a whole for rural residential communityconstruction requirements, combined with He nan region land circulation condition, therural industrial structure change, the future community population, analysis of the ruralcommunity construction related content, the inner motivation, influence factors and theproblems existing in current construction, as the basis of residential design research;Second from the bottom up to the community residents living needs to field surveyanalysis, grasp the basic demands of rural community residents to live, to seek for thepresent land circulation of the special transition period to meet production requirementsof villages and towns people’s life community residential design points.Third part (chapter3) based on the article second part of the analysis, from theinner motivation, influence factors of rural community construction, is put forward inthe special period rural community farmer housing design strategy, mainly includinghouse covers an area of intensive design, variable multifunctional composite space design, residential building passive energy saving technology application in threeaspects.Fourth part (chapter4), the third part put forward three strategies application inpractical project. To Wugang nine community constructional detailed planning anddesign projects as an example, combined with previous research and theory researchfoundation, proposed in view of the Kowloon hills beyond the community of theconstruction of the related design method, construction land, energy saving, economyapplicable rural residential community.Fifth part (chapter5) to summarize articles as well as to the achievements of theKowloon hills project construction, the article pointed out the design strategy of thescope of application and prospect of the future community construction.
