Firstly, through of land circulation and rural space related concepts and theoretical analysis, to delineate the object of study, development of Shan Ju Cun land circulation and rural physical space and condensation in the materialized society space of development. Secondly, to study Chushan Ju Cun land transfer on the development of rural space, with the basic framework of new institutionalism, game theory point of view and peasant theory set up a research, identified in the four actors between the game behavior and social interaction as the core. For the convenience of the study, according to the relevant development characteristics of mountain village and land transfer status, the research is divided into 4 stages. Through to between the four main game analysis and in the process of social interaction description, it is concluded that the Shan Ju Cun land circulation presented small scale, slow development, no organization of basic characteristics, and points out policy, rational game and accidental factors trigger is prompting Shan Tsui village land to a major factor in the change of land transactions.Based on above research, this paper points out: Shan Ju Cun the overall spatial pattern and texture are destroyed, resulting in this space is one of the important reasons is the land circulation and transaction process of social interaction and rural land and space management of long-term absence.
