| With the implementation of land transfer policy,the exchange of elements between urban and rural areas more frequently,the development of rural space will change.Under the guidance of urban and rural areas,how to make the rural space coordinated and orderly development,urban and rural development,is an important proposition.In this paper,the rural space in Beijing area,with the process of urbanization,there is a disorderly development of space,urban and rural dual curing and many other issues.The implementation of land transfer policy will inevitably affect the rural space in Beijing,the development of rural space is facing a transformation,and there are some problems.Under the concept of urban and rural co-ordination,how to make the rural space coordinated and orderly development is the focus of this paper.This paper summarizes the land transfer policy through literature analysis,and synthesizes the methods of rural spatial reconstruction.Through the investigation and research methods,combing the status and problems of rural space in Beijing.Through the comparative study,this paper puts forward the difference of rural spatial transformation trend and existing problems under the influence of land circulation in different areas of Beijing area,and puts forward the strategy of spatial reconstruction,so that the rural space in Beijing is coordinated and orderly development of.The theoretical significance of this study is to analyze the impact of land policy on the development of rural space and the transformation of rural functions in urban-rural relations under the concept of urban and rural integration.According to the problems encountered in the process of land circulation,the corresponding reconstruction strategy is put forward,and the reference for the study of rural spatial planning is provided,which can provide reference for the formulation of relevant rural government and the formulation of relevant policies. |
