High-rise residential is one of the important types of residential construction, alsois currently numerous conducting residential building type. A large number of high-riseresidential building, greatly changed the way people live and profound affect the patternof the traditional city living and landscape image as well. During rapid development ofurbanization process in China, a large number of people flocking to the city, most citiesemerge varying degrees of small but densely populated phenomenon. The constructionof high-rise residential can not only effectively improve the capacity of the city’spopulation, but also to avoid the city’s sprawling expansion, in order to realize theintensive development of the city. High-rise residential has general relatively largeinvestment, the Consumption of steel and concrete is more than that of multi-storeyresidential construction, also need to configure the elevator, high pressure pumps, publicwalkways, stairs evacuation etc. has high construction costs and long constructionperiod as well. How high-rise residential buildings come out in the limited land, toappear its best structure performance and economy has become a focus of attention inthe construction side and the public. The economic rational design of high-riseresidential has become a new requirement to designers on residential design.My article wants to find the most economical and reasonable structure system byprojects study with exploring the rational structure of the program of high-rise buildings.My research Projects is the main structure above outdoor elevation of East Spring LakeDistrict, the third-phase project6-3#F, of Jiujiang City. According to the architecturaldrawings for the project, I design the corresponding shear wall, shear wall, frame. All ofthese designs are according to the design data, in accordance with the current designspecifications, the use of IAS development of China Academy of Building structuraldesign software PKPM SATWE software design. In this paper, the main contentsinclude the following aspects:First, the collection of information and searching the literature, to explain the shearwall, shear wall, and other high-level frame-shear wall structure commonly usedfeatures, and analyze the structure may encounter difficulties and problems.Secondly, though the engineering examples used in this paper, shear wall, shearwall, frame-shear wall structure system layout structure of the program. Use PKPMstructure design software, to do modeling and computational analysis. Thirdly On each of two different structural system layout program, modeling andanalysis, contrast SATWE of important parameters of the calculation results andeconomic indicators, to find a more economical and reasonable solution. Better layoutprogram analysis comparing different structure of the program to see if the structureparameters and economic indicators, and find the most economical and reasonablestructure.Fourthly, the best economic framework-shear wall structure in-depth study,proposed a more reasonable design comments and suggestions the designer or investorsfor future reference.Lastly, After the completion of the work, change the seismic intensity, compared to7degrees different structural system, continue to select more economical structuralsystem to determine seismic intensity on the structure of the economy.
