During the "12th Five-Year Plan",under the spatial development strategy guidance of"high-end coastal tourism resort area; the national green building demonstration zone;Hebei coastal new industrial areas; urban and rural development demonstration zone",with the prospect of a series of tourism and leisure resort, ecotype coastal residential areas,high-tech park and mariculture zone be built, the power load of Beidaihe new district willshow rapid growth. In order to make the power grid to meet the new master plan ofBeidaihe social and economic development needs, it is essential to launch the Beidaihenew district electric power planning.This article will use the load density method, GDP power consumption method, value ofpower consumption method and per capita consumption method and so on many kinds ofmethods to predict the power load of Beidaihe new district and its subordinate four blockarea, based on the parallel comparison among the different methods and combined with theregional characteristics of new district,at the end of "13th Five-Year Plan",the new load isexpected to reach560MW. Then according to the load margin existing in Beidaihe districtpower grid problems, each layer of grid development is not balanced and wiring mode is notscience, planning and design of new future electrified wire netting。In the end of "13thFive-Year Plan",prepare to built two new220kV transformer substations, nine110kVtransformer substations in this district. At the same time, this paper will be combined with thenew municipal planning for the new substation layout, line corridor were optimized, efforts toachieve the planning results have higher maneuverability simultaneously, to win time andspace for the sustainable development of Beidaihe district electric power and social.Finally this paper power project planning for the estimated the investment, estimationof the whole planning period, the power grid investment of about2800000000yuan, thepower grid construction can be achieved in this way highly planned, in order to meet theload demand in different periods.
