The automatic hydraulic baler is a key to finishing packaging of steel enterpriseproduct. It can strap the steel for transport and storage. It is a high-tech product combiningmachinery, electron, hydraulic pressure and computer control into one. In our country,most enterprises have been using imported baling equipment, and spare less time on thestudy of double-track automatic hydraulic baler. For example, the small and medium-sizedrods can be bundled with one bundle, but some large bars will be likely to be loose, andcause the steel wire rod broken while hoisting, therefore, the design of the double trackhydraulic baler has important economic and practical significance.This paper analyzes the domestic and international development condition of the balerfor existing problems single-track baler. On this basis, a new type of two-track automatichydraulic baler has been developed.The key of wire feeding track is to work out the size of the orbit diameter. Analyzethe forces and deformation of the rod by elastoplastic theory and determine the optimaldiameter, and then ensure the runtime continuous and smooth. By simulation of the state ofthe rod within the orbit through the finite element software to analyze the stress anddeformation, it comes to a conclusion that whether the orbit is reasonable.Due to the cut leftover is irregular the head is prone to twisting. Taking into accountof the influence of wire rod quality to wire feeding and clamping, and the application in thedouble track hydraulic baler, we design new twisting clamp which can move forward whilerotating. It overcomes the scattered bundles, and eliminates the internal stress of the wirerod bundle knot. The baler is divided into two bodies: twisting and cutting. On the onehand, the reregulation of the cut leftover of the rod can be avoided; on the other hand, theextra part can flat the bundle knot and strengthen it.
