Research On High-rise Buildings Planning Strategies Base On Air Pollutant Dispersion

A lot of high-rise buildings were blind development in many cities of China,the development makes city space form into chaos, make urban climate intodeterioration, the development has a negative impact on the nature, city and human.There are many winter cities in China, Harbin is a typical one. Because of theclimate, there are a long heating period and less vegetation coverage in winter, sowinter air pollution is serious. The air pollution in winter affects people’s behavioractivities. Excessively high building density and improper high-rise building layoutform lead to the decrease of the quality of air environment, greatly affect the qualityof life of residents in cold outdoor. So this paper joins the research of air pollutantdispersion into the high-rise building layout, interprets the problems of high-risebuilding layout. The paper would like to make good space layout to accelerate airpollutants spread, make the high-rise building layout have a more scientific, rationaland orderly development.The paper makes the air pollutant dispersion as the starting point, explains theconcepts of winter city, air pollutant and high-rise building, explains therelationship of the air pollutant dispersion and layout in high-rise building, proposesthe strategies of high-rise building layout with the research as theoretical foundation.Base on the air pollution overview and high-rise building layout summary, the papersimulates sixteen high-rise building models of Harbin with CFD(computationalfluid dynamics)software, summaries diffusion characteristics and influencingfactors of different layout models; from the perspective of green and precipitation,summaries sedimentation characteristics and influencing factors. Base ontheoretical study and models simulation, put forward overall goals to the status ofair pollutant dispersion in high-rise building. From the perspective of air pollutantdiffusion, the paper puts forward micro-planning strategies on building windwardside planning, plane layout, building height and building form; from the perspectiveof air pollutant sedimentation, the paper puts forward micro planning strategies ongreen planning, plant species, plant configuration and surrounding land planningaround green.The paper would like to build suitable high-rise building layout form forHarbin, improve the air quality of winter city, enhance the quality of livingenvironment. It is a meaningful research topic, it needs long-term studies andconstant practice.
