Research On The Evolution Of Harbin High Rise Residence

The emergence and development of high-rise residential is the inevitable choice of human beings to solve the problem of people's living in the case of limited land and other shortage of resources.However,high-rise residential apartment design in the process of rapid development faces many challenges.How to solve the apartment space in high-density residential able to meet the growing housing needs change is an important issue in the design of high-rise residential units.Taking Harbin as an example,the high-rise residential apartment layout space as the research object,firstly reviews the development process of Harbin high-rise residential apartment layout for nearly 30 years,the Harbin city high-rise residential housing demand is divided into the economic period,comfortable living demand expansion period,demand during and after the diversified demand during the 4 stage of development.This paper summarizes the different types of plane forms in different periods,and discusses the characteristics of the development and evolution of residential space.Based on the analysis of the influence factors,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the differences of the high-rise residential units in the north and south of C hina,and finds out the difference of the regional environment.This paper probes into the main body of the use of the family space,discusses the changes of the family population structure,and the development trend of the future period of time.And through the analysis and Research on Harbin high-rise residential apartment layout,residential design specification,main indicators of multi angle,the basic behavior demand perspe ctive based on the sketch of residential apartment layout of each space in the development process of the function and characteristics and morphology.According to the field survey and market driven cross analysis of factors under the orientation of apartment layout needs,the proposed combination scheme needs cross diverse under various high-rise residential space,and make a prospect for the future development of Harbin apartment layout space.
