Research On Comprehensive Evaluation System Of Medium Voltage Equipment Utilization

Medium voltage equipments which bear and transmit electrical energy isimportant carriers in medium voltage distribution network, because the degree ofutilization equipment not only determines whether distribution network can efficientand environmentally transit and distribute electrical energy, but also affect theinvestment of the provincial grid companies and nation. But there is not an effectiveevaluation tools to accurate assessment the utilization efficiency of medium voltagedistribution network. It will bring enormous economic benefits to propose acomprehensive evaluation system of medium voltage equipment utilization whichcould guidance grid planning and renovation work.This paper studies the medium voltage equipment utilization evaluation systemthat can be divided into four parts:(1) Combined with the actual power grid situation, this paper has proposed thebasic concepts of grid equipment utilization.(2) Used Fish-bone diagram analysis method to find out the influencing factors ofequipment utilization, and has built the influencing factors system, then classified thefoctors.(3) Used Analytic Hierarchy Process to build comprehensive evaluation system ofmedium voltage equipment utilization, and has been given formulas and score ofequipment utilization.(4) From the view of the distribution network power supply capacity, consideringthe actual power grid situation, combined with the number of substation and otherfactors to give the reasonable utilization value of the medium-voltage equipment.Verify the medium voltage equipment utilization evaluation system by a practicalexample. The evaluation system can be had a positive role to construct gird andprovide an important basis for State Grid Corporation.
