Research On The Method For Improving Equipment Utilization Of Medium And Low Voltage Distribution Network

With the rapid development and progress of the power grid,the quality and utilization of power network will be more and more attended.Maximizing the potential capabilities of existing equipment,reducing the investment demand and delaying the construction investment,are conducive to improve the quality of power grid development and the economic efficiency of enterprises and promote sustainable development of power grid.In the middle and low voltage distribution network,the equipment utilization is not ideal,and there is still a certain gap between the developed countries and the developed countries.So it is very important to evaluate and improve the utilization ratio of low and medium voltage distribution network.The main work of this paper is divided into the following aspects:The evaluation index system of the utilization ratio of low and medium voltage distribution network is put forward,including the retired equipment and the existing equipment.Life-cycle equipment utilization is proposed for the retired equipment.Some indexes such as the utilization ratio of the line and the utilization ratio per year are proposed for the existing equipment.The reasonable range of Life-cycle equipment utilization of the distribution equipment the reasonable range of Life-cycle equipment utilization of the distribution equipmen is obtained through the research on the reasonable range of the sub-index of Life-cycle equipment utilization of the distribution equipment.The reasonable range can provide a reference for the distribution network planning,and help planners to find the equipment or area of low utilization.The influence factors of the utilization ratio of low and medium voltage distribution network are presented,including "N-x" safety standards,the electricity demand of different users,the planning and the actual situation,the load characteristics of power,distributed power and so on.The measures are putting forward to improve the sub-index of Life-cycle equipment utilization and co-ordinate exchange strategy of distribution transformer first time.The strategy excavate risky annual utilization rate of the overloaded transformers as the breakthrough point,and solve the problem of a large number lightly loaded and verloaded transformers at the same time,and it can effectively improve the annual utilization rate of lightly loaded transformers and reduce the operating risk of the overloaded transformers.Focusing on the utilization ratio of low and medium voltage distribution network,the paper puts forward the evaluation index system of the utilization ratio of low and medium voltage distribution network,analyzes the influence factor of the utilization ratio of low and medium voltage distribution network,and puts forward some measures to improve the equipment utilization rate and the analysis of actual case.
