The Research Of Construction Model And Implement Planning Of Chongqing’s Internet Of Things City

City development is an important part in the process of the world’s civilization. Itis also one of the main themes of modern society. With the deepening of China’surbanization, the number of cities significantly grows, city scale continuously expands,and city construction rapidly changes. How to utilize the arisen technology of internetof things (IOT) to upgrade the city management level and promote the city constructionhas become a pressing matter for city managers. As the youngest municipality,constructing internet of things (IOT) city provides a new thinking for Chongqing’s citymanagers. Also, it provides a historical opportunity for Chongqing’s industrialupgrading and economic restructuring. It is particularly important to select theappropriate construction model implementation for the success of IOT city construction.This paper puts forward a suitable IOT city construction mode for Chongqing based onthe present construction practice and home and abroad construction experience of IOTcity.First of all, this article conducts the research to the key technology of IOT cityconstruction and the ITO city construction mode both at home and abroad. In addition，the article analyzes the connotation, characteristics and technical architecture of IOTcity. Then it analyzes the typical IOT city construction mode and key factors which willaffect IOT city construction mode.Secondly, according to the IOT city construction environment, combined with therequirement of IOT city construction in Chongqing the article constructs the overallframework of the IOT city construction model and research construction mode ofChongqing IOT city which units the enterprise and environment. The paper detailedlyanalyses the organization mode, business mode, industry chain construction mode,operation mode of Chongqing IOT city construction.Again, this article conducts the research to the construction implementationplanning of the Chongqing IOT city on the basis of the above construction pattern. Theplanning includes the construction goals, the construction platform planning ofChongqing IOT city, the key research technology and the major project of theconstruction of Chongqing IOT city.Finally, the paper establishes the regional layout index system and constructsregional planning model aimed at the regional distribution of IOT city construction. Besides, according to the construction effect of Chongqing IOT city, it establishesthe evaluation index system of IOT city construction and structures the IOT cityevaluation model based on the fuzzy evaluation.
