Since the21th century, the concept of Smart Grid has taken more and more attention of scholars. As the constantly increasing degree of research and development, people come to realize that Smart Grid will become the basic guarantee to decrease complex grid’s risk and improve the network survivability. Intelligent distribution network is an important part of the user-oriented Smart Grid. How to achieve the intelligent network is the focus of today’s power supply and electrical manufacturing industries. Communication network of smart distribution grid is the important guarantee to rapidly response the various parameter changes in the grid. IEC61850is the more perfect communication standard of SAS(Substation Automation System). According to functions of surveillance, control and relay protection of the transformer substation automated system, IEC61850has provided the complete information model and the related service standard. Realized interoperability and the system seamless integration for the different manufacturer, it has provided the unified way. Therefore, the research and practice of digitized transformer substation network service and even the entire intelligent electrical network’s correspondence based on IEC61850has vital practical significance.Through one year’s practice in Yangzhou New Concept Electric Co. Ltd. and correlation data’s study, and carrying on the plan and analysis to the intelligence distribution network of Yangzhou development zone, my research direction was proposed. This topic is aiming at the possible construct form of intelligent distribution network to complete the reliable transmission. The construct form of all communication facility in intelligent distribution network was designed to complete reliable transmission of each kind of parameter based on IEC61850agreement. And it carries on the research and analysis of latency and blocking possibly appearing in the communication network, so as to discover the solution and complete the basic frame design of AMI system.Intelligent power network architecture proposed by the thesis synthesizes the distributed structure and three sections four contact structure, so control station can control each intelligent terminal individually. Connecting the micro net, it guarantees the marketability of intelligent distribution network and the interaction of user and electrical network. The intelligent distribution communication network’s network pattern divides the power distribution network into the core layer, the access layer and the power distribution terminal layer. And it bases on the self-recovery of the ethernet optical fiber and combines WIMAX to become a reality.In the foundation of IEC61850communication protocol, this paper constructs the message transmission model and the sampling value transmission model. And it carries on the simulation of communication network’s stability in intelligent distribution network using the Truetime network simulation toolbox. Then the thesis proposes the corresponding latency solution and confirms successfully.Finally, this article comes up with simple design of the frame of AMI system, so as to collect and manage the data of power distribution terminals using the PC monitoring system.
